China’s recent delivery of regular military supplies to Serbia is a part of an annual cooperation project between the two countries, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Zhao Lijian said on Monday.
To implement the bilateral cooperation plan between China and Serbia, China has recently sent military transport aircraft to deliver regular military supplies to Serbia, Zhao told a daily press briefing in Beijing, adding that it is a part of an annual cooperation project between the two countries.
“We hope that the media will not over-interpret the project, which is not targeted at any third party and has nothing to do with the current situation,” he said, giving no further details.
