The Chinese and Indian militaries held the 23rd round of general-level talks on the western sector of the border at the Moldo-Chushul border meeting point on the Indian side on October 25, according to Ministry of National Defense on Wednesday. The two sides conducted positive and in-depth exchanges on managing the western sector of the China-India boundary. They agreed, guided by the important consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries, to continue communication and dialogue through military and diplomatic channels and jointly maintain peace and tranquility in the China-India border areas.
